In the dark and cool cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia, time seems to have stood still. Thousands of oak barrels line silent corridors, guarding the precious liquid that brought fame to the region. Eduardo, an experienced sommelier with a very sharp sense of smell, had just arrived for his shift at the prestigious Cave Real. However, as soon as he entered the private reserve cabinet, he realized something was wrong. The central space on the security shelf, where the 'Vintage 1863' bottle should have been, was empty. That was the most valuable wine in the collection, valued at thousands of euros. Eduardo immediately began to suspect that the theft had been planned by someone with internal access.

His first reaction was to call the cellar director, Mr. Vasconcelos. The director, a severe and methodical man, turned pale upon hearing the news. 'Eduardo, we cannot allow this to get out. Our house's reputation is at stake,' he stated while examining the intact lock. Vasconcelos began to suspect the maintenance team that had been working on the ventilation system the previous day. But Eduardo, knowing his colleagues well, felt that the answer lay elsewhere. To him, the perpetrator had to know the cellar's exact routine and how to deactivate the alarms without leaving a trace.
