Olá! O meu nome é Ana. Chamo-me Ana Silva. Sou portuguesa e moro em Lisboa. Tenho vinte e cinco anos. Trabalho numa escola como professora de inglês.
Hello! My name is Ana. I'm called Ana Silva. I'm Portuguese and I live in Lisbon. I'm twenty-five years old. I work in a school as an English teacher.
Na aula de português, a professora pergunta: "Como te chamas?" Cada aluno responde. "Chamo-me Tom", diz um aluno inglês. "Chamo-me Marie", diz uma aluna francesa. A professora sorri. "Muito bem! Prazer em conhecer-vos a todos."
In the Portuguese class, the teacher asks: "What's your name?" Each student responds. "My name is Tom," says an English student. "My name is Marie," says a French student. The teacher smiles. "Very good! Pleased to meet you all."
