Vera e o seu vizinho Dinis encontram-se no elevador. "Bom dia! Trabalhas hoje?" pergunta Dinis. "Trabalho, sim. Trabalho todos os dias de segunda a sexta. Tu?" Dinis responde: "Eu trabalho em casa. Trabalho para uma empresa em Amsterdão."
Vera and her neighbour Dinis meet in the lift. "Good morning! Are you working today?" asks Dinis. "I am, yes. I work every day from Monday to Friday. You?" Dinis replies: "I work from home. I work for a company in Amsterdam."
"Que sorte! Eu trabalho num escritório no centro. Trabalho oito horas por dia." Dinis sorri. "Trabalho mais horas em casa — não paro nunca. Mas trabalho de pijama às vezes!" Vera ri. "Os meus colegas trabalhavam em casa durante a pandemia. Agora trabalham todos no escritório outra vez."
"How lucky! I work in an office in the centre. I work eight hours a day." Dinis smiles. "I work more hours at home — I never stop. But I work in my pyjamas sometimes!" Vera laughs. "My colleagues worked from home during the pandemic. Now they all work in the office again."
