Sofia and her daughter Lena enter the pastry shop. The waiter asks: "What would you like?" Sofia says: "I want a coffee and a pastel de nata." Lena looks at the display case. "I want a chocolate cake! No, I want an ice cream. I don't know what I want!"

Sofia sorri. "Não podes querer tudo, Lena. Escolhe uma coisa." Lena pensa. "Quero o bolo de chocolate, por favor." O empregado traz tudo. "Querem mais alguma coisa?" Sofia responde: "Não, obrigada. Não queremos mais nada."

Sofia smiles. "You can't want everything, Lena. Choose one thing." Lena thinks. "I want the chocolate cake, please." The waiter brings everything. "Would you like anything else?" Sofia replies: "No, thank you. We don't want anything else."
